  • What do you think every single person should try at least once in his or her life time?

Live Healthy for an entire day. You would be surprised what it will do for you. As following:

    • Instead of skipping breakfast and pigging out at dinner or lunch, let Breakfast be your largest meal to give you the bulk of the calories and carbs you'll need, and have a small dinner to top you off at the end of the day.
    • Instead of reaching for coffee or energy drinks to help wake you up go for a nice glass of whole milk, natural orange juice, and or a balanced multi-vitamin with a healthy amount of B vitamins to give you the energy boost you need. But one cup of java won't hurt =)
    • Instead of 3 meals eat 6 meals to help supercharge your metabolism. However, plan your portions out. Were talking 300 - 500 calories a meal people.
    • Don't be afraid to get your required calorie intake needed. The average human needs roughly 1200 calories, yes 1200 calories, for normal daily bodily processes. If you're a 18-25 year old woman getting 2000 calories a day will not be the end of your social life.
    • If you're in a office with stories, take the stairs not the elevator.
    • Whenever you walk past a water fountain proceed to stop and get a sip. Your body needs in oz. per day your body weight divided by 2. Most of us aren't getting near that. Well we get that in Dr. Pepper, Mt. Dew, or Coke. I weigh 125 pounds, thus I need 62.75 ounces of water a day.
    • Choose meals high in protein, you need roughly 80 grams of protein per day. Although too much will either get turned into fat or passed out of you.
    • Refuse the sodee pop. Although water may be bland their are plenty of low to even no flavor sweetners made by Crystal light and Gatorade.
    • If not during the day find some time after work for exercise. Even if all you do is stretch or walk around the neighborhood, some exercise is better then none.
    • Get to bed early! Turn the tv off, unplug the laptop (Xanga can live without our mindless ramblings at 1 in the morning), and make sure you get 7-8 hours of sleep. Bad sleeping habits sabotage health.

Follow these steps for just one day and see a healthier you!
