Who do you think is the most influential person in history? Why?
The one, the only, the Al of the Gore! The man who we single handedly have to thank for giving us the internet, the man who lost the 2000 presidential race by the ear lobe of the United States (Florida), won a Nobel peace prize, as well as an Emmy. Heck, Al may have even invented global warming for all we know. Although something tells me that Leonardo Dicaprio, and Bono had a hand in it too. I think Al needs to come up with some crazy weight loss scheme to shed those few vanity pounds he has gained since losing to Bush Jr.
If that's the most influential man in history then how sad is this planet? Bleh...
My real choice for most influential person is of course Yeshua Messhiah, Yehoshua Bar Yoseph, otherwise known as Jesus Christ of Nazareth. The Kristos!
No other man or woman in all of history has been the focus of so much throughout the world.- His birth, probably around 4 BC, split our time right in half
- A man who lived nearly 2000 years ago currently has 2.3 billion followers worldwide (now how many of those 2.3 are real followers of Christ is up to debate)
- People from all around the world flock to a country no bigger then New Jersey to see the places he visited despite possible death or injury from Palestinian or Terrorist attack.
- Every Sunday, in just about every country around the world, people from all ethnicities, ages, sexes, backgrounds, and traditions gather to worship him, read his and other's words about him.
- The book that tells about his life and other real events (The Holy Bible) has been for nearly 200 years and still continues to be the best selling book around the world.
- Twice a year we celebrate holidays dealing with his life, Christmas and Easter.
- Music genres dedicated solely to this man gross in the billions each year.
- No other name spoken in public can spark insult, hatred, fear, and or happiness instantly.
- People suffer pain and persecution, sometimes leading to death, because of their love for this man
Jesus is and will continue to be the most influential person throughout history as people find that his words and life are still relevant in an ever changing American culture. Their is only one EMPTY grave site in the entire world that people will wait hours upon hours to see. He is the God-man. He is Jesus.
I just answered this Featured Question, you can answer it too!

@animecrazedfool - eh, Im not too hott for Communism, Socialism, Marxism, or anything of the like.
lol
I thought we weren't supposed to immortalize Christ in pictures of statues to have us avoid worshiping him instead of god?
@chasingGzus -
Communism is good in theory, but once it becomes corrupted, which is every time theres a new leader, is when it goes bad.
@Alexanduhrah - lol, i know i wont, but I dont think people will start worshipping Jim Caviziel thinking he's Jesus. Atleast I hope they won't.
@animecrazedfool - haha, every time there is a new leader, good point.
@chasingGzus -
lmao. Bow down to Jim Caviziel!
@Alexanduhrah - Never!!! lol
