    It depends. If things are resolved, it's a possibility, but it shouldn't be forced and it shouldn't be a mixed-motive situation. Intentions should be crystal clear on both sides, which can only happen if things are truly resolved. Otherwise, I'd steer clear. Not avoid like the plague necessarily, but definitely define my own space minus the "ex".
