    Good evening to all,

    Just checking my xanga before I head off to church tonight. I have something I want to say. This concerns all of my sisters out there that dont believe that youre prince is coming. All of you females that just believe that every man is trash. For those of you who constantly feel threatened, disgusted, and herassed by the countless amount of guys who are checking you out, whistle at ya, make some dumb comment, or just anything to degrade you, I have this to say.

    Girls believe me, that just like sleeping beauty, your prince will come. See s there are guys out there that are different. That instead of constantly having on their mind, they have treating you with love and respect on their minds. Instead of undressing you with their minds, they think of you in a wedding dress. Instead of wondering what a one night stand might be like with you, they think of spending the rest of their lives with you. Instead of wondering if youre a good kisser, they wonder if you will be a good mother. See s, a guy that has Christ as his number one intention in life, will have all of those characteristics and more. A true man of God will treat you with the respect, care, attention, and devotion that you so deservedly deserve.

    AND YES THEIR ARE GUYS WHO ARE WILLING TO WAIT, NO...... THEIR ARE GUYS WHO WANT TO WAIT!!! s this isnt some lie that has found its way into Christian cirlces, this is the truth. A real man of God doesnt want to abuse you for your body, he wantlingly wants to respect your body. He will want to persue purity with you. He will wait for the blessed night. s thats another thing dont settle!!! You deserve the best, and if youre man isnt willing to wait until marriage and persue love and purity with you then he needs to hit the corner. Gods got a better plan for you and a better man for you.

    Girls dont let the world let you think that guys like this dont exist, we do exist. Now i didnt put this on to glorify myself, or whatever. But for the sake of s to not lose their focus with dating. 2 Tim. 2:21-2 tells us to persue righteousness with those call on the name of the Lord with a pure heart. s when you find a guy like this dont let him go, we seem to be a minority, and on the endagered species list. and one last think if youre a guy reading this and if youre not already. I challenge you to persue purity. Wait until marriage to have with the woman you plan on marrying. Dont sell yourself short by giving it away to soon, or to the wrong woman. Virginity is a one time gift, you cant experience it twice. Make sure that you save your virginity with the woman God has planned for you. Heck.... IM 19 AND STILL A VIRGIN AND STINKING PROUD OF IT!!! If my wife (who ever you may be) is reading this, I love you even though I may not know you, and I cant wait til we get to spend the rest of our lives together. I pray that this was of some encouragenment to you out there.

    Hey Phil!  I am so glad I read this.  It is really an encouragment to hear that there are guys out there that are looking for a girl, and not just for her body.  I do believe that there are guys out there like that even though they are really hard to find!  You are such an awesome friend and I'm so glad I met you!  Take care of yourself and I'll talk to you later!

    Unfortunately I have met guys that want only one thing. And the way they look at me and other girls makes my stomach turn. But thankfully there are guys out there with brains and hearts respecting the girl. I also want to add to this, that there is just the same problem with girls looking at guys wrongly too. I know it, because some of my friends are like that. Guys, don't be discouraged. There'll be a girl out there for you and you'll know it the minute you see her.

    I say good post bro. Some people need to be reminded to WAIT until marriage. - Love doesn't cut it to be intimate with someone. WAIT FOR THE FINAL COMMITTMENT!!!!

    Wow...what a wonderful inspirational post to read.  I don't know if you wrote this in response to my post two weeks ago or whatever, but thanks.  I really appreciate it!!  Seriously.  I know that there are guys like you out there.  That's why I'm not settling for anything less than a strong Christian guy.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  I've had it the other way, and I wouldn't go that route again.  My suggestion for others would be to try and date someone who is just as strong a Christian (or even stronger) than you are.  Don't be stupid like me.  Phill, I've been asked out by a couple guys, but I told them no.  And they were hot!!  But I wouldn't want anything less than a Christian man.  I deserve the best (as one of my guy friends told me the other day).  I hope you know that you deserve the best as well.  I'm glad that there are guys like you around, Phill.  Otherwise there would be no hope for us Christian girls!!  Take care.  God bless.  (and thanks for the encouragement!!)

    Thanx for speaking to the girls and the guys. C.S Lewis said that "We picture lovers holding hands and facing each other. Friends walk side by side and look ahead". For now all of us can walk side by side, fellowshipping and building up the body of Christ as we look ahead to the cross. And then, as a gift from God, that beautiful someone your standing next too, will one day pull you and hold your hand. I needed to read that today. Thanks bro!

    man, felt like you were talking to me! thanks for writing that because that is just what i needed to hear although, i'm sure it was meant for many other girls. it's very comforting even though i know that sometimes it's just nice to get it from someone else to reassure what i know is true.

    oh, and you can't say anything 'bout not talkin in a while because you're the one that hasn't been online in...forever!
